Send any part back within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund minus shipping costs and a 15 % restocking fee. No paperwork, no interrogation—just ship it back in original condition and packaging.

60-Day Performance Guarantee
If something arrives damaged or stops performing the way it should within 60 days of purchase, we’ll swap out the faulty component at no cost to you. Simple as that.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

1. Email returns@eimerengineering.com with your order number and a quick note on what’s up.

2. We’ll shoot over a return label (if it’s a replacement case).

3. Pack the part securely, include the order number, and drop it with the carrier.

4. Refunds land on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we inspect the return.

Fine Print in Plain English

• Restocking fees and shipping aren’t refunded on change-of-mind returns.

• Custom or used-in-race parts must be clean and undamaged to qualify for a refund.

• The 60-day replacement covers manufacturing defects and normal use—no coverage for crash damage or wild mods gone wrong.
